5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Project Cancellations by Client: If a client cancels a project before work has started, a partial refund may be issued, subject to administrative and processing fees.
• After Work Commences: Once work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed. We may offer partial refunds depending on the stage of completion and work already delivered.
• Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered projects.
• Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not offered unless required by law.
• Cancellations by The Prime Designs: In rare cases where we cannot fulfill a project, a full or partial refund will be provided depending on the circumstances.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information shared during projects, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for those specific services.

We may use third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, payment processors, analytics). We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, but we take reasonable care in selecting reliable providers.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws. Clients may terminate service agreements in accordance with contract terms.
